Pricing & availability

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Prices and availability can change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund. Trading card products are subject to allocation by manufacturers; in rare cases of short supply on pre-orders, orders are honoured first-come first-served and any shortfall refunded.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or a Payflex plan is approved). Back-order timelines are estimates based on distributor availability. We may limit quantities per customer on high-demand releases to keep products available to our community.

Events

Event entry fees are payable in store. Tournament rules follow the relevant official game rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry for unsporting conduct.

Returns on trading card products

All trading card game products are sold on a strictly no-returns basis due to the volatility of the collectable card market. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details and for the faulty/damaged goods exception.
