Are your pre-loved games complete?
Every pre-loved game is checked for completeness before it goes on sale, and the condition is noted on the listing.
Can I mix pre-order and in-stock items in one order?
Yes, but the whole order ships together when the pre-order releases. If you want in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.
Do I need my own deck to join?
No! We have loaner decks and starter products for every game we run, and our community loves teaching new players.
Do you buy or trade singles?
Yes — bring your cards to the shop for an evaluation. We offer cash or store credit (store credit rates are better!).
How can I pay?
PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper), Stitch Pay by Bank, PayJustNow (3 interest-free instalments), EFT, or pay in store on collection.
How does collection work?
Choose In-Store Collection at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready — usually the same day for in-stock items.
How long does delivery take?
Cape Town: 1-2 business days. Rest of South Africa: 2-4 business days once shipped.
How do PayJustNow instalments work?
Pay a third now and the rest over the next two months — three equal, interest-free payments via PayJustNow. Great for booster boxes and big pre-orders.
What are the delivery options?
Pudo locker-to-locker (from R50), The Courier Guy door-to-door (from R80), free in-store collection in Vredekloof, Brackenfell — and free shipping on orders of R3000 or more.
What do In Stock / Back-Order / Pre-Order mean?
In Stock: on our shelf, ships or ready for collection within 1 business day. Back-Order: available from our distributor — we usually receive stock within 3-7 business days after your order. Pre-Order: not yet released; we ship on or just after the official release date. Out of Stock: currently unavailable — use the notify option and we will email you when it returns.
